104 Meserole has been a venue for Performance since 2008. Castellanos became the steward in 2018 and transitioned the space into a Land Back Hub in 2021 - current.

This Land Back Hub is one with the hopes of becoming many. A structure and model with Queer-Indige stewardship and inclusivity of diasporic Indigenous artists and activists. A skill sharing space, performance venue with focus on performance art, but not limited to works in progress sharing, any form of Indigenous thrivance, a sanctuary space for activists and actions and donation based. This space is located on Lenapehoking on stolen land and intentional awareness and acknowledgement of our stewardship is constant and with respect.
